Ingredients
Pasta/macaroni – 2 cups
Carrot – 1
Capsicum-1
Onion-1
Tomato-1
Alfredo creamy pasta sauce – 3 tbsp
Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsp
Chilli powder – 1/2 tbsp
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tbsp
Water – 6 glass
Oil – 3 tbsp
Salt
Method
- Add water, pasta, 1 tbsp of oil and salt to a vessel. Cook until pasta become soft.
- Drain pasta and rinse it with cold water. Keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and fry until it turns light brown.
- Add chopped carrot and capsicum fry for about 2 minutes.
- Add chopped tomatoes, tomato ketchup, chilli Powder and Salt. Mix well and cook until tomatoes become soft.
- Add alfredo creamy pasta sauce. Mix well. If required add little water and cook about 1 minute.
- Now add cooked pasta and black pepper. Mix well. Takeout to serving plate.
Hot Vegetable pasta is ready to serve.
