Vegetable Noodles

 Preparation time: 30 Minutes | Cook time: 15 Minutes

Ingredients

Noodles – 1 small Pack

Carrot – 1

Capsicum – 1

Beans – 4

Peas – Half cup

Cabbage – Half cup

Green Chills – 2

Soya Sauce – 1 Tbsp

Chilli Sauce – Half Tbsp

Pepper Powder – 1 Tbsp

Oil – 2 Tbsp

Water – 4 Glass

Salt

Method

  • To a vessel add water let it boil. Add noodles, oil, salt and cook until noodles become soft. Keep it aside.
  • Drain off Noodles and rinse it with cold water.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add Chopped Green Chills, Carrot, Beans, Peas fry about 3 minutes.
  • Add Capsicum and Cabbage fry about 3 minutes.
  • Add Soya Sauce, Chilli sauce, Pepper Powder and Salt Cook about 2 minutes.
  • Add Cooked noodles toss and stir fry for about 3 minutes. Add salt if needed.

Hot vegetable noodles is ready to serve.
