Vegetable Soupy Maggie



Preparation time: 10 minutes | Cook time: 15 Minutes


Onion – 1

Carrot – Half

Beans – 5

Green Chilli – 5

Chilli Powder – 1/4 Tbsp

Soya Sauce – Half Tbsp

Ghee – Half Tbsp

Oil – 2 Tbsp

Maggie – 1 small pack

Water – 3 Glass

Salt to taste


  • Heat oil in a Pan add Green Chilli, Onion saute until it turns light brown then add Carrot, Beans fry about 2 minutes.
  • Add Water, Soya Sauce, Chilli powder, Maggie masala and boil about 2 minutes then add ghee.
  • Add Maggie Noodles and cook about 2 minutes. Add salt if needed.

Hot Vegetable Soupy Maggie is Ready to Serve.
