Preparation time: 5 Minutes | Cook time: 5 Minutes


Wheat flour – 1 Cup

Water – 1 Glass

Oil – 1 Tbsp

Salt – ¼ Tbsp


  • Add Wheat flour, Oil and Salt to a bowl. Mix well. By adding enough water knead it to a soft dough.
  • Take Small portion of dough and roll it to medium thickness and apply oil on it. Again fold dough to triangle shape and roll it as thin as Possible (use dry flour for rolling).
  • Heat skillet on medium flame. Put rolled chapati on it. Spread some oil or ghee both the sides and cook until u get brown spots.

Hot Chapati is ready to serve with any Curry.
