Masala papad

Preparation time: 5 Minutes | Cook time: 2 Minutes

Ingredients

1 Big lijjat papad

Onion- ½ Finely Chopped

Carrot – ½ Grated

Chilli powder – ¼ tbsp

Lemon juice – ¼ Tbsp

Coriander Leaves – ¼ Cup

Salt to Taste

Method

  • Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry papad until its crisp OR Microwave papad for 60 Seconds keep it aside
  • Masala topping : To a bowl add Onion, Carrot, Chilli powder, Lemon Juice, Salt mix well. Add Salt if needed.
  • Place papad on to a Serving plate. Spread Masala allover papad. Garnish it with Coriander Leaves.

Yummy Masala papad is ready to Serve.
