Ingredients
Soya Chunks – ½ Cup
All purpose flour – 2 Tbsp
Corn Flour – 2 Tbsp
Rice Flour – 2 Tbsp
Black Pepper Powder – ½ Tbsp
Red Chilli Powder – ¼ Tbsp
Salt – 1/4 Tbsp
Water – 2 Glass
Oil for Frying
Ingredients for Manchurian Sauce
Onion – 1 Finely Chopped
Green Chilli – 3 Finely Chopped
Garlic – 2 Finely Chopped
Oil – 1 Tbsp
Corn Flour – 1 Tbsp
Coriander Leaves – ½ Cup Finely Chopped
Soya Sauce – 2 Tbsp
Tomato Sauce – 4 Tbsp
Water – 1/2 Glass
Salt to Taste
Method
- Add Soya Chunks to boiling water wait until it becomes double the size. Takeout from it and squeeze all the water from soya chunks. Keep dry chunks aside.
- Add Soya chunks, All purpose flour, Corn flour, rice flour, black pepper powder, Red chilli powder, salt to a bowl. Mix well. Sprinkle little water to bind Soya Chunks with flour.
- Heat Oil in a pan. Deep fry Soya Chunks until it turns golden color. Takeout on to a plate.
Preparation of Manchurian Sauce
- Heat oil in a pan. Add Garlic, Onion, Green Chilli fry about 1 minutes.
- Add Soya Sauce, Tomato Sauce fry about 1 minute.
- Take Corn flour and water to a small bowl mix well. This will thicken the sauce. Add it to the pan.
- Add water and salt if needed.
- Add fried Soya Chunks to this Sauce and mix well. Garnish it with Coriander Leaves.
Tasty Soya Chunks Manchurian is ready to Serve.
