Red Chutney for Chats

Preparation time: 3 Hours | Cook time: 5 Minutes

Ingredients

Red Chilli – 1 Cup

Jeera – 1 Tbsp

Garlic – 4

Coriander Leaves – Half Cup

Pinch of Sugar

Salt to taste

Method

  • Soak Red Chilli in water for about 3 hours.
  • Add red Chill, Jeera, Garlic, Coriander Leaves, Sugar and Salt to a blender and blend it to a nice paste. Take out to a bowl.

Red Chutney is Ready to Serve with chats.

Note: Prepared Red Chutney can be stored in refrigerator for about 15days.
