Pani for PaniPuri Chat


Preparation time: 5 Minutes | Cook time: 10 Minutes


Coriander Leaves – 1 Cup

Green Chilli – 2

Ginger – 1 Inch

Black Pepper – 4

Jeera Power – ½ Spoon

Chat Masala – ½ Spoon

Lemon Juice – 1 Tbsp

Water – 2 Glass

Salt to Taste


  • Add Coriander Leaves, Green Chilli, Ginger, Black Pepper, Little Water to a Blender and blend it to a fine paste.
  • Add Blended Paste, 2 Glass of Water, Jeera Powder, Chat Masala Powder, Lemon Juice and Salt to a Storing vessel or to a bottle. Mix well. Taste and add lemon juice, salt if needed.

Pani is Ready to Serve with Panipuri Chat

Note: Prepared Pani Can be Stored in Refrigerator for a Week.
