Poha Recipe



Preparation time: 20 Minutes | Cook time: 15 Minutes


Poha – 1 Cup

Water – 1 Cup

Onion – 1

Green Chilli – 3

Curry Leaves – 6

Turmeric Powder – ¼ Tbsp

Oil – 4 Tbsp

Mustard Seeds – 1 Tbsp

Chana Dal – 1 Tbsp

Ground nuts – 2 Tbsp

Coriander Leaves – ¼ Cup

Lemon Juice – 1 Tbsp

Salt to taste


  • Wash poha and Soak it in water for 15 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add ground nuts and fry until it turns light brown. Takeout from oil and keep it aside.
  • Add mustard seeds to the same pan wait until it crackle then add chana dal fry until its golden color.
  • Add Curry Leaves, Green Chilli and Chopped onion fry until it turns transparent. Add Turmeric powder Cook about 1 minute.
  • Add Poha and mix well. Cook about 1 minute.
  • Add Lemon juice, Salt and Coriander Leaves mix well.

Hot Healthy Poha Recipe is Ready to Serve.
