Ingredients
Onion – 1
Brinjal – 2
Bell pepper – 1
Vangibath Powder – 1 Tbsp
Red Chilli Powder – ½ Tbsp
Curry Leaves – 6
Coriander Leaves – ¼ Cup
Oil – 4 Tbsp
Mustard Seeds – ½ Tbsp
Chana Dal – 1 Tbsp
Rice – 1 Cup
Salt to taste
Method
- Heat oil in a pan. Add Mustard seeds wait until it crackle then add chana dal fry until its golden color.
- Add Curry Leaves, Chopped onion fry until it turns transparent and golden color.
- Add Chopped brinjal and bell pepper cook about 3 minutes.
- Add Vangibath powder, Red Chilli powder Cook about 1 minute.
- Add Coriander Leaves and salt to taste.
- Add rice to it and mix well.
Tasty Vangibath is Ready to Serve.
