Aloo Sandwich


Preparation time: 15 Minutes | Cook time: 5 Minutes


White Bread – 2 Slices

Potato – 1

Peas – ¼ Cup

Onion – ½

Red Chilli Powder – ½ Tbsp

Chat Masala Powder – ¼ Tbsp

Grated Cheese – ¼ Cup

Tomato Ketchup – 1 Tbsp


Coriander Leaves – ¼ Cup

Salt to Taste


  • Boil Potato and Peas in a Pressure Cooker or Microwave until its soft.
  • Drain and Peel Potatoes. Mash it completely. Drain Peas don’t mash it.
  • Potato Filling : To a Bowl add mashed Potatoes, Peas, Finely Chopped Onion, Red Chilli Powder, Chat Masala powder, Coriander Leaves, Salt and Mix well. Keep it aside.
  • Spread butter to one side of each bread slices and tomato ketchup on to the other side.
  • Place 2 tbsp. of potato filling, Cheese on ketchup side of the bread and close it with another bread slice.
  • Place it on a Heated skillet. Toast both the sides until its lite brown and Crispy.

Yummy Potato Sandwich is Ready to Serve.
