Ingredients
Onion – 1
Green Chilli – 5
Curry Leaves – 5
Turmeric – ¼ Tbsp
Coriander Leaves – Half Cup
Mustard Seeds – Half Tbsp
Chana Dal – 1 Tbsp
Ghee – Half Tbsp
Oil – 5 Tbsp
Lemon Juice – 2 Tbsp
Rice – 2 Cups
Salt to taste
Method
- Heat oil in pan. Add Mustard Seeds wait until it crackle then add Chana dal fry until it turns light brown.
- Add Green Chilli, Curry Leaves fry about 1 minute.
- Add Onion, Turmeric powder and Cook until it turns transparent. Once it Cools Down add Coriander Leaves, Salt, Lemon Juice.
- Add rice and mix well. Add salt if needed.
Hot Lemon rice is ready to Serve.
