Beans Palya


Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cook time: 15 Minutes


Beans – 1 Cup

Onion – 1 Medium Size

Green Chilli – 3

Curry Leaves – 10

Mustard Seeds – ½ Tbsp

Oil – 3 Tbsp

Coriander Leaves – ¼ Cup

Salt to Taste


  • Heat oil in a pan. Add Mustard Seeds wait until it Crackle.
  • Add Curry Leaves and Green Chilli fry about 1 minute.
  • Add Chopped Onion Cook until it turns light brown.
  • Add Chopped Beans. Sprinkle Some Water. Close the pan lid and cook about 1 minute. Now open the lid and cook until beans become soft.
  • Add Coriander Leaves and salt mix well.

Beans Palya is Ready to Serve with Chapati.
