Carrot Palya

Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cook time: 15 Minutes

Ingredients

Grated Carrot – 2 Medium Size

Onion – 1 Medium Size

Green Chilli – 3

Curry Leaves – 10

Mustard Seeds – ½ Tbsp

Chana Dal – 1 Tbsp

Oil – 3 Tbsp

Coriander Leaves – ¼ Cup

Salt to Taste

Method

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add Mustard Seeds let it Crackle then add Chana dal fry until it turns light brown.
  • Add Curry Leaves and Green Chilli fry about 1 minute.
  • Add Chopped Onion Cook until it turns light brown.
  • Add Grated Carrot cook until Carrot become soft.
  • Add Coriander Leaves and Salt mix well.

Carrot Palya is Ready to Serve with Chapati.
