Ingredients
Raw Banana – 1
Onion – 1
Tomato – ½
Coriander Leaves – ¼ Cup
Coriander Powder – ½ tbsp.
Red Chilli Powder – ½ tbsp.
Oil – 3 tbsp
Water
Mustard Seeds – 1 tbsp
Curry Leaves – 5
Salt to taste
Method
- Heat Oil in a pan. Add Mustard Seeds wait until it crackle.
- Add Chopped Onion, Curry Leaves. Fry until it turns light brown.
- Add Chopped Tomato Cook about 2 Minutes.
- Add Chopped Raw banana. Sprinkle little water and cook until it is soft.
- Add Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder. Cook about 1 Minute. Add salt if needed.
- Garnish with Coriander Leaves.
Tasty Balekayi Fry is Ready to Serve.
