Churumuri ( Puffed Rice Chat )


Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cook time: 5 Minutes


Puffed Rice – 1 Cup

Onion – ½ Finely Chopped

Grated Carrot – ¼ Cup

Green Chutney – 1 tbsp ( Green Chutney )

Coriander Leaves – ¼ Cup

Tomato – ¼ Cup Finely Chopped ( Optional )

Om Pudi/Aloo bhujia – ¼ Cup

Salt to taste


  • To a Bowl Add Onion, Carrot, Green Chutney, tomato, salt. Mix well.
  • Add Puffed rice and mix well
  • Garnish with Coriander Leaves and Om pudi/Aloo bhujia.

Yummy Churumuri is ready to Serve.
