Ingredients
For Dough
Maida ( All Purpose Flour ) – 1 Cup
Salt – ¼ tbsp.
Water
Oil – 1 tbsp.
For Stuffing
Eggs – 2
Onion – ½ Finely Chopped
Green Chilli – 1
Coriander Leaves – ¼ Cup
Black Pepper Powder – ½ tbsp.
Salt to taste.
Method
- To a Bowl add Maida, Salt, oil. Mix well. With enough water Kneed it to a soft dough. Let it rest for 30 Minutes.
- Stuffing: Add Onion, Green Chilli, Coriander Leaves, Black Pepper Powder, Eggs and Salt to a bowl and Beat well using a Fork. Keep it aside.
- Takeout Little portion of dough and make medium sized balls. Roll it as thin as Possible.
- Heat skillet on medium flame. Put rolled Maida on it. Place 3 tbsp of egg Stuffing and fold it from all four sides. Just like a Pocket. Spread some oil or ghee both the sides and cook until u get brown spots.
- Take out on to a Kitchen paper towel and using a knife cut Paratha into 2 equal triangle pieces.
- Sprinkle Pepper powder and salt. Serve hot.
