Ingredients
Grated fresh coconut – 1 cup
Green chilli – 1
Garlic – 1
Coriander leaves – ¼ cup
Bengal gram – 2 tbsp
Jeera – ¼ tbsp
Water – 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Method
- Add grated fresh coconut, green chilli, garlic, coriander leaves, bengal gram, jeera, and salt to a blender. Blend it to a medium coarse paste.
- Now by adding enough water blend it again to make a smooth consistency chutney.
- Taste and add salt if needed.
Coconut chutney is ready to serve.
