Momos chutney


Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cook time: 10 Minutes


Tomato – 2

Red chilli – 5

Garlic – 1

Salt – ¼ tbsp.

Sugar – ¼ tbsp.

Oil – 1 tbsp

Onion – ¼ Finely chopped


  • Boil tomatoes, red chilli in a Cooking vessel or Microwave until it is soft. Drain it and let it cool down.
  • Add boiled tomatoes, red chilli to a blender along with salt, sugar, garlic and little water. Blend it to a nice paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and wait until it turns light brown. Add blended chutney to it and mix well. Check the consistency. If it is too thick add little water and boil it for about 1 minute.

Spicy Chutney is ready to serve with Vegetable Momos
