Ingredients
Crumbled paneer – 1 cup
Sugar – ½ cup
Milk – 1 litre
Cashews – 6
Method
- Boil milk. Add crumbled paneer, sugar and mix well. Stir occasionally and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes.
- Add chopped cashews. Mix well.
- Take out to a serving bowl. Refrigerate for about 1 hour and serve chilled.
