Paneer Kheer


Preparation time: 15 Minutes | Cook time: 20 minutes


Crumbled paneer – 1 cup

Sugar – ½ cup

Milk – 1 litre

Cashews – 6


  • Boil milk. Add crumbled paneer, sugar and mix well. Stir occasionally and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Add chopped cashews. Mix well.
  • Take out to a serving bowl. Refrigerate for about 1 hour and serve chilled.
