Ingredients
Vermicelli – ½ cup
Milk – ½ liter
Cashews – 5 chopped
Raisins – 8
Ghee – 3 tbsp
Water – ½ cup
Sugar – ½ cup
Badam powder – 1 tbsp (optional)
Method
- Heat ghee in a pan. Add chopped cashews fry until its light brown then add raisins fry until it puff up. Takeout onto a plate and keep it aside.
- Boil water in a cooking vessel. Add vermicelli to it. Cook until it become soft.
- Add milk, badam powder and sugar. Mix well. Let it cook for about 3 minutes.
- Add cashews and raisins. Mix well. Takeout to a serving bowl.
Vermicelli can be served hot or chilled.
