Tawa pulao

Preparation time: 15 Minutes | Cook time: 25 Minutes

Ingredients

Tomato – 3 Finely chopped

Onion – 2

Green chilli – 2

Capsicum – 1

Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp

Peas – 1 cup

Boiled potato – 2

Pav bhaji masala powder – 1 and ½ tbsp

Butter – 4 tbsp

Rice – 2 cups

Coriander leaves – ½ cup

Method

  • Heat butter in a pan. Add chopped onion, capsicum. Fry until onion turns light brown.
  • Add ginger garlic paste. Saute for about 3 seconds.
  • Add tomato, pav bhaji masala, ¼ cup of coriander leaves and salt. Cook until tomatoes become soft.
  • Add peas and boiled potato. Cook for about 1 minute.
  • Add rice and ¼ cup coriander leaves. Mix well. Takeout to a serving bowl.

Hot Tawa pulao is ready to serve.
