Ingredients
Rice – 1 cup
Pepper powder – 1 tbsp
Garlic – 8 chopped
Curry leaves – 5
Red chilli – 1
Mustard seeds – ½ tbsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method
- Heat oil and ghee together in a pan. Add mustard seeds and wait until it crackles.
- Add garlic fry until it turns light brown.
- Add curry leaves, red chilli. Saute for about 2 seconds.
- Add Pepper powder. Saute for about 1 second.
- Add rice, salt. Mix well. Cook for about 1 minute. Takeout to a serving plate.
Hot pepper garlic rice is ready to serve.
