Ingredients
Potato – 2
Oil – 4 tbsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder – ½ tbsp
Salt to taste
Method
- Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped potatoes and sprinkle some salt. Fry about 2 minutes.
- Add red chilli powder, black pepper powder and salt. Mix well. Cook until potatoes become brown and crispy. Takeout on to a kitchen paper towel to remove excess oil. Serve hot.
