Aloo Fry (Potato fry)


Preparation time: 5 Minutes | Cook time: 15 Minutes


Potato – 2

Oil – 4 tbsp

Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp

Black pepper powder – ½ tbsp

Salt to taste


  • Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped potatoes and sprinkle some salt. Fry about 2 minutes.
  • Add red chilli powder, black pepper powder and salt. Mix well. Cook until potatoes become brown and crispy. Takeout on to a kitchen paper towel to remove excess oil. Serve hot.
