Ingredients
For Stuffing
Grated cheese – 1 cup
Coriander leaves – ¼ cup
Red chilli powder – ½ tbsp
Chat masala powder – ½ tbsp
Salt to taste
For Dough
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Oil – 1tbsp
Salt – ¼ tbsp
Water – ½ cup
Method
- To a bowl add wheat flour, salt, oil and mix well. By adding enough water knead a soft dough. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Stuffing:To a bowl add grated cheese, red chilli powder, chat masala powder, coriander leaves and salt. Mix well. Keep it aside.
- Takeout little portion of dough. Make 2 small sized balls and roll them to small circles. Place 2 tbsp. of cheese stuffing on one of the rolled dough and cover it with another one by pressing its edges. Now roll this stuffed dough as thin as possible.
- Heat skillet on medium flame. Put rolled paratha on it. Spread some oil or ghee both the sides and cook until u get brown spots.
Hot Cheese paratha is ready to serve.
