Aloo spinach sabzi

Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cook time: 15 Minutes

Ingredients

Potato – 2

Onion – 1 Finely chopped

Tomato – 1 Finely chopped

Chopped spinach (palak) – 1 cup

Coriander powder – 1tbsp

Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp

Turmeric powder – 1/4 tbsp

Oil – 3 tbsp

Jeera – 1 tbsp

Hing – ¼ tbsp

Water – 1/4 cup

Salt to taste

Method

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add hing, jeera wait until it crackle.
  • Add onion and fry until it turns light brown.
  • Add chopped potato cubes and turmeric powder.Mix well. Cook for about 2 minutes.
  • Add tomato, spinach, coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well. Add water and cook until potatoes become soft. Takeout to a serving bowl.

Hot Aloo spinach sabzi is ready to serve with chapati.
