Ingredients
Peanuts – 1 cup
Red chilli powder – 1 Tbsp
Salt – ½ tbsp.
Water
Method
- To a bowl add red chilli powder, salt and by adding enough water make a medium consistency paste. Keep it aside.
- Heat pan on medium flame and add peanuts. Dry roast it for about 10 minutes.
- Once peanuts is cooked. Add chilli and salt paste. Mix well. Takeout pan from the flame and let it cool down.
- Transfer peanuts to airtight container and this can be stored for more than 10 days.
